Brollify provides users with tools to generate video scripts and assemble videos using AI technologies. Features and services are subject to change or termination without notice at our sole discretion.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create, submit, or display using the Service. You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable.

Brollify does not claim ownership of the content you generate. However, by using the Service, you grant Brollify a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

5. Tokens and Payments

The Service operates on a token-based system. Tokens are required for certain actions, such as script generation and video rendering. Pricing for token packs and subscription plans are available on our Pricing page and are subject to change. All payments are processed through Stripe, and you agree to their terms of service when making a purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content generated by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Brollify and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Brollify.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Brollify makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties. In no event shall Brollify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
